    The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC®) are government-sponsored programs designed to assist qualifying families with nutritional needs. Contact your community health department to find out which baby formulas are covered by WIC Program in your state. Based on medical need, certain specialty formulas and medical foods may be covered if the proper medical documentation is available. Talk to your baby’s doctor for more information.

    • Medicaid

      When it comes to coverage for nutritional products, Medicaid and Medicaid managed care policies vary by state. Each state Medicaid program establishes their own guidelines for reimbursem*nt.       Families are eligible to receive a one-time shipment of Enfamil product, per child, per household, through a request completed by the baby’s doctor. Additional support may be available for parents of multiples and those qualifying for long-term assistance, related to financial need. Ask your baby’s doctor about signing up for sample assistance.
