Do you have twins? If so, here are 15 party ideas for boy/girl twins for their birthday! You can tailor any of these ideas to your preferred color scheme and even add in another element if you have triplets. I also have several gender neutral birthday party themes that you also might want to check out.

1. Aqua and Orange Circus Theme – The aqua and orange colors really pop, especially on the buffet table and I love the elephants holding tails back to back on the invitations. So darling.
2. XOXO ~ Hugs and Kisses Twin Party – This is actually an engagement party but wouldn’t it be a fantastic twin boy/girl twin party theme! I just love all the X’s and O’s throughout the party. It’s so beautiful.
3. Cute little bird boy + girl party – I just love the soft pink and blue colors and how the bird elements coordinate perfectly. Alexandra put together such a sweet party including some gorgeous tags and tableware, love the polka dots.
4. Noahs Ark Two by Two Twin Party – This theme two by two theme is perfect for twin turning two. The umbrella favors is such a fun idea, and check out the ark cake, covered in graham crackers!
5. Twin’s Double Bubble Birthday Party – This party is hysterical! I love how she made large pictures of the family and added a pink balloon so they look like they’re blowing a bubble with bubble gum. {snicker} Too clever!
6. Pirates and Princess Twin Birthday Party – A little bit princess a little bit pirate. This could easily be changed up to suit just one or the other theme. Have boy and girl twins, this is a great theme to incorporate both as individuals!
7. Sugar and Spice and Snips and Snails – This would make such a fun boy/girl twin party. You can add in elements of a “sugar and spice” party but you could easily adapt some “snips and snails” or puppy party elements to make it an amazing party.
8. Veggie Tales Double-Bouncy Birthday Party – The siblings sported Larry the Cucumber and Laura Carrot t-shirts and had a wonderful time. My favorite are the eyes tape onto the balloons. {snicker}
9. Max and Ruby Twin Birthday Party – Celebrate the twins birthday party with a Max and Ruby ice cream party.What a great theme for boy/girl twins who are toddlers.
10. Twin Thing Shower {Thing One and Thing Two} . I thought it was a great theme idea and you could do it as a twin birthday party as well. If you have triplets just add thing 3!
11. Cute as a Big Twin Birthday Party – This is such a darling party theme idea, the colors, the patterns, and the creative delights! It’s also a great theme if you’re wanting to host a party for several siblings at once.
12. Mother Goose 1st birthday party – With boy/girl twins that makes a gender-neutral party a must. I just love the Humpty Dumpty {boy} and Little Miss Muffet {girl} cakes. Everyone got dressed up in their favorite nursery rhyme costume.
13. Wheelie Good Party she had for her twins birthday. This is the invitation she made and delivered them in see-through CD envelopes. So original!
14. Tinkerbell and Peter Pan Twin Birthday Party – A fun gender-neutral themed party for boy/girl twins. Tinkerbell for the Girls and Peter Pan for the boy! How cute is this “lost boys trail mix for the long journey home”.
15. Super Cute Boy + Girl Superhero Party – This color scheme is perfect for a boy/girl party whether you have twins or want to celebrate two birthdays at once!
